Westminster Abbey prays for the health of HM The King

Westminster Abbey prays for the health of The King following the news that His Majesty has been diagnosed with a form of cancer.
The Dean of Westminster, the Very Reverend Dr David Hoyle, said:
We join with people across the nation, the Commonwealth and wider world in holding His Majesty The King and the Royal Family in our thoughts and prayers. We remember all those living with a similar diagnosis or waiting anxiously on tests.
The Abbey community remembers The King and the Royal Family in its worship each day. Now we will also be praying that, in Christ, he may find healing and hope.
