The Abbey Choir and musicians
The Abbey’s centuries-old musical tradition is maintained by our world-famous choir of men and boys and our four organists.

Resident throughout most of the year, the Choir of Westminster Abbey sings the daily services in the Abbey, as it has since its foundation in the late fourteenth century. Today the Choir has a worldwide reputation which also encompasses its concerts, recordings and broadcasts.

The choristers are all drawn from our unique Choir School. They come from all walks of life and enjoy an outstanding education alongside an incredible range of musical opportunities.
